Let me introduce myself…

My name is Sierra, born in Brooklyn, NY but raised in the suburbs of New Jersey. I was fortunate enough to be immersed in the restaurant industry at a young age. My father owned neighborhood bars in Brooklyn and my favorite thing to do was to go to work with him, mostly to go behind the bar to use the soda gun, but looking back it was the beginnings of my love for all things food and hospitality.

My culinary career started back in 2016 when i attended the Institute of Culinary Education. It was through ICE that I receive my first cooking job for Union Square Hospitality and the rest is history. Throughout my career, I have been able to work alongside some of the best chefs in NYC and NJ, soaking up everything I could. I will forever be a student & would love to share all I have learned with others as I enter this new chapter in my career, I hope to collaborate with you and help share amazing experiences with delicious food and unmatched hospitality.
